A very strict sound pollution law in India is in force. It is prohibited by law to play loud amplified music after 22:00Hrs. The Guests must accept responsibility not to act as a nuisance or annoyance or cause damage to the premises or adjoining premises. The guests are not permitted to use the property for illegal or immoral purposes. If we consider the villa is being misused for any purpose whatsoever the guests may be liable to vacate the property.

If, in our opinion, any guest appears to be behaving in such a way as to cause, or likely to cause, danger, distress or annoyance to any individual, or damage to the property, or neighbours we may terminate the contract and you will be required to vacate the property immediately. You will not be entitled to any refund.

The possession and/ or taking of drugs is a serious offence followed by many years in an Indian jail even before a trial. We do not ever allow drugs to be brought onto the premises for whatever reason. If we suspect that this has occurred, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises - without notice.
